CERTIFIED FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER COURSE Throughout 2018

The Certified Food Manager course meets the Connecticut Public Health Code requirements for Qualified Food Operator Certification for food service establishments. Certified Food Manager Certificate and re-certification program fees are one hundred sixty dollars per person. The 8 hour class includes a textbook, examination, and certificate of completion.
