Danbury Farmers’ Market until 10/28
The Danbury Farmers Market, now in its twelfth year, is open on the Danbury Green at Ives Street every Saturday through October.
The Market accepts E B T/S N A P and Debit/Credit cards. And S N A P benefits will be matched for any dollar amount for SNAP recipients using their E B T cards. Special incentives are available for Veterans, Seniors, and WIC recipients as well.
By shopping the Danbury Farmers’ Market, you support our local farmers, businesses and community members. The market is coordinated by the Danbury Farmers’ Market Community Collaborative, in partnership with CityCenter Danbury and other sponsors, including Complimentary Parking and free bus passes available.

Dancing Under The Stars June 23
Dancing Under The Stars is back by popular demand. The second annual outdoor active event has come back to our city for a fun, family-friendly dance party Thursday, June twenty third. The excitement will be on the rooftop of the Patriot Garage at One Patriot Drive starting at six thirty PM.
The night begins with the popular thirty minute dance lesson taught by one of the professional dance instructors from Arthur Murray of Danbury. Immediately following the lesson, guests are invited to try out their new moves at the public dance party. The evening continues with live DJ music, step & repeat photo booth and more!

Make Music Day 2022
Make Music Day Danbury is a part of the international Make Music Day movement, bringing free, community-wide, outdoor musical celebrations to hundreds of cities worldwide. Every year, the celebration is held on June 21st, the summer solstice, in more than 1000 communities around the world.
Make Music Day Danbury will feature 41 musicians at 11 venues throughout the Main Street area. Plus in the evening there will be a concert on the Green. You are welcome to join in. Musicians of all abilities and music from any genre are encouraged to participate. Sidewalks, parks, front porches, and public spaces throughout the city will become stages for local musicians to perform and for all to enjoy. Everyone is invited to participate in this international day of music by performing, providing an outdoor space, appreciating, or volunteering.
