CERTIFIED FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER COURSE Throughout 2018

The Culinary Arts gets limited attention here at the Danbury Cultural Commission. But that doesn’t mean those arts are not well represented in the City. And to be a part of that art scene you need certifications. To help, the Department of Health and Human Services, offers a Certified Food Manager course, developed by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. The Certified Food Manager course meets the Connecticut Public Health Code requirements for Qualified Food Operator Certification for food service establishments. Certified Food Manager Certificate and re-certification program fees are one hundred sixty dollars per person. The 8 hour class includes a textbook, examination, and certificate of completion.
