The Danbury Concert Association offers virtuoso performances, in a pitch-perfect setting. The second concert of the season is the Borealis Wind Quintet, on Sunday, April Tenth, Twenty Twenty Two, at three PM.
A favorite, the wind ensemble will perform the program planned for their 2020 appearance, including Bach's Concerto Number two; works by Ungar, Lefebvre, and Turrin; and Briccialdi's Potpourri Fantastico.
All performances take place on Sunday afternoons at the Veronica Hagman Concert Hall, located in the Visual and Performing Arts Center on the Western Connecticut State University’s Westside Campus in Danbury, Connecticut. The final concert for this season, A Far Cry with mezzo-soprano Krista River will be in May Fifteenth at seven PM.
