From Nearby Neighbors - Festival of Lessons and Carols, A Historic Musical Service.
The Valley Presbyterian Church in Brookfield is pleased to present this service on December Twenty fourth at Five pm. This Christmas Eve service is free and open to the public. Special music will include pieces with cello, violin and piano. The program promises to delight audiences of all ages and all are welcome. The service will conclude with a congregational candlelight as a send off.
The backbone of the service, the lessons and the prayers, has remained virtually unchanged since the first presentation on Christmas Eve in Nineteen Eighteen at King’s College, Cambridge, England.
The Valley Church at Twenty One West Whisconier Road in Brookfield, and is wheelchair accessible. Please wear a mask for the protection of all visitors. For more information call the church.
