Library Card Design Contest Submission Deadline: February sixteenth at 5pm

Get your art materials out and your creativity flowing. The Danbury Library wants you to design the next generation of library cards! The competition is open to Students, Kindergarten to grade 12.

Design a colorful card, either using traditional materials, or in a digital medium. Your original artwork must fit inside a horizontal rectangle measuring 8 by 5 inches and be free of copyright restrictions. For full details of design guidelines, go to danburylibrary dot org.

The library judging panel will choose two winning designs, one from a student in Kindergarten to grade 5, and another from grades 6 to 12. Each winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.

Submissions must be made by February sixteenth at 5pm. Entries may be submitted at the Junior Floor Desk or by email to, t c a r v a l h o at danburylibrary dot org.
